Relocation Guidelines

Once a student meets requirements under the Relocation Guidelines, he or she is eligible to complete the “Academic Program Change” form to request relocation to another Pitt campus. These forms are available in the Academic Affairs Office. Once completed by the student and returned to the Academic Affairs Office for the Dean’s approval, they are then forwarded along with the student’s file to the campus of choice. The student will receive notification by email when his or her file has been sent. Usually within two or three weeks, the student will get notification from the new campus whether their relocation has been approved. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the housing and financial aid offices at the new location.
